We're still growing as a business and currently only deliver to Greater Sydney, Newcastle (including the Hunter) and Central Coast.

All customers in our current delivery area currently qualify for free delivery and are likely to see your delivery express.

If you wish to place an order to be delivered to an area within Australia that is not currently eligible for delivery, please contact us to assist in getting a delivery to you.

Returns policy

We're bummed that you aren't 100% satisfied with our toilet paper but understand that these things happen.

We won't typically offer a refund if you simply change your mind; however, we will make this decision on a case by case basis.

If you want to exchange your purchase for an alternate option, we can organise this; just contact us on the details above.

If we agree to a refund, you'll be required to organise, at your own cost, to send us back the toilet paper.


Never worry about being in a tough spot on the porcelain throne looking at an empty toilet roll with no replacement in site with a subscription.

We currently offer subscriptions that deliver a new box of your preferred toilet paper to your door every 8, 12 or 16 weeks. You'll be billed on your nominated payment method every time you're due for a new delivery, including any delivery costs you may incur.

Can I cancel or pause my delivery?

YES! You are free to cancel at any time by contacting us on the details below as soon as possible. You will be billed for your next scheduled auto-delivery if you fail to notify us that you wish to cancel before the autorenewal date.

If you're going on holiday (lucky you!) or will just not be home for a period when your next delivery is due, you can pause it. Contact us, and we can put your subscription on pause, and then contact us when you're ready to restart the subscription again.

What happens if your subscription payment doesn't go through?

We all have those moments when our bank accounts aren't as full. If your payment for any autopayment fails, you'll be notified via email with a link to update your payment details. If you know your payment won't go through before its autorenewal date, get in touch, and we can see how we can help.
