Shipping cost and delivery

Currently, we only deliver to the Sydney metro area

 

We hope to soon expand to the rest of NSW, ACT, QLD and Metro Victoria. And eventually, we hope to offer to ship to all of Australia.

 

We want to make sure that we have maximum impact when it comes to giving back. To help increase profits, and therefore our donation to charities, we offer free shipping to the Sydney metro area.

 

Free shipping is currently available to postcodes in the 2000 – 2234 range.

 

This offer will eventually be expanded to include all metro and city areas of Australia’s east coast – with the hopes to expand beyond this offer later.

If you’re outside these areas, please contact us for delivery options.

Order changes or cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit your order for any reason, and will notify you of this as soon as possible. Where payment has already been debited and the order has been refused, cancelled or limited, the relevant amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Cancellation by you

You may cancel your order up to the time that we confirm your order in writing to you. Once we confirm your order, your order is binding and cannot be changed by you. However, our refunds and exchanges process in clause 8.3 of our Terms and Conditions may apply.

Returns and exchange policy

We will provide a full refund of the price paid for a product if:
  • we determine that a product you have ordered was not received by you solely due to failure by us;
  • we determine that a product provided to you was not substantially the same as the product you ordered as displayed on our website (subject to reasonable variation as a result of the screen display, colour and brightness, and image quality);
  • we determine that a product is faulty, in accordance with clause 8.3(b) of our Terms and Conditions; or
  • we agree to a change of mind return, in accordance with clause 8.3(c) of our Terms and Conditions.

Faulty products

The following process applies to any product you believe to be faulty.

  • If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us using the details provided on our website with a full description of the fault (including images).
  • If we determine that your product may be faulty, we will request that you send the product back to us at our cost for further inspection, including any accessories, manuals, documentation or registration shipped with the product. We reserve the right to further inspection before deeming a product faulty.
  • If we determine in our reasonable opinion that the product is not faulty, or is faulty due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, or failure to take reasonable care, we will refuse your return and send the product back to you at your cost.
  • If we determine that the product is faulty, you will be credited the full amount paid (including shipping costs) and you may request a refund, exchange or store credit. All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment unless you request otherwise and we approve this request.
  • If you fail to comply with the provisions of this clause in respect of a faulty product, we may, in our absolute discretion, issue only a partial refund or no refund in respect of the faulty product.
  • Nothing in this clause is intended to limit or otherwise affect the operation of any manufacturers’ warranties which you may be entitled to or any of your rights which cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Change of mind returns

The following process applies where you request a change of mind return for a product:

  • We normally do not offer change of mind returns. All products have detailed descriptions on their relevant page on our website. You agree that you will all descriptions carefully prior to submitting an order.
  • Despite clause 8.3(c)(i) of our Terms and Conditions, we may, in our absolute discretion, accept a change of mind return if:
    • you make a request for a change of mind return within 7 days of delivery and send the product back to us at your cost within 7 days of that request;
    • the product is returned new, unused and in its original undamaged wrapping;
    • the product is returned with the original invoice; and
      we agree in writing to accept the change of mind return of the product.
  • If we accept the change of mind return and you otherwise comply with clause 8.3(c)(ii) of our Terms and Conditions, you will be credited the full amount (excluding any shipping costs). For the avoidance of doubt, our original shipping costs of delivering the product to you will be deducted from the credit amount regardless of whether you were eligible for free delivery. You may request a refund, exchange or store credit. All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment unless you request otherwise and we approve this request.
